Vacancy for General manager.

We are looking for someone who;

  • Is a personal licence holder
  • Has proven experience in the licence and hospitality trade
  • Has an understanding of the area and music and musicians that would be appropriate for the Junction
  • Can deal with door staff
  • Can work within parameters set by the owners
  • Can create a chilled atmosphere.
  • Is completeley flexible and understands that Fridays And Saturdays will be very late nights.
  • Is level headed down to earth.
  • Is community spirited and interested in local people.
  • Honest

We have an idea we need to make work and you will be key in its success.We will be creating a pleasant environment for people to enjoy traditional breakfasts whenever they want it. Between the management team and new chefs a new tapas style menu will be created.You will be working in a brand new refurbished environment that is finished to the highest standards.
