Parking :  Directly behind our bar is a council car park. You access the car park from the Alcester Road.It's about 20 metres down from the bar. The charge is 40p per hour  in the daytime and is free after 6pm. This by far the best option for parking.

Public Transport: We are located right in the centre of Moseley village and consequently have numerous bus routes on our doorstep that run into the city centre and south towards kings heath. Numbers 1,50 and 35 are the most regular.

Local Taxi services:  In the week we use royal cars on 0121 444 8888 and we call them and they come in to collect customer It's a real personal service with polite reliable drivers . Weekends after 10 we have a taxi rank outside which is 5 star. Here the taxi marshall will ensure a car is available right outside the door.

Banks and cashpoints: Within a minutes walk and located within a stones throw of our bar you'll find Barclays and LLoyds TSB both with cashpoint machines.

Leisure Facilities: Edgbaston Cricket ground, Moseley swimming baths, Moseley road library and Cannon Hill Park.

Local shops: The nearest shop is convenience store just  four down on the Alcester Road. There is also a Sainsbury's and Sommerfield nearby also on the Alcester Road.

Other public houses: The Cross (opposite ) Weatherspoons ( two doors up).The Bull, next to Barclays bank and you have the Fighting Cox,one hundered metres away  up the Alcester Road

The local farmers market: Is every 3rd Saturday and takes place on our doorstep and throughout Moseley.This really is a great market and well worth a visit.
